- Candidates should apply separately for each group and should fill the application in their own handwriting.
- Admission will be in accordance with rules and regulations of Kakatiya University.
- Candidates should submit the completed application form along with one Xerox copy of the following
- Memorandum of marks of Intermediate or its equivalent examination.
- TC from the institution last studied.
- Date of birth certificate (SSC Certificate).
- Migration certificate in respect of students from other universities / Boards.
- Bonafide and Conduct certificate of intermediate and School.
- Eligibility certificate from the Deputy Registrar (Academics), K.U., Warangal for other state students.
- Income certificates of the Parents / Guardian issued after 1st April of the year of admission.
- Nativity certificate from the MRO wherever applicable.
- Cast / Community certificate from MRO wherever applicable.
- Foreign students shall be admitted only on the recommendations of the Director, University of foreign relations office, Kakatiya University.
- Application must be registered in the college on or before the last date announced by the Kakatiya University.
- Selected candidate should appear for a personal interview with the principal of the college along with the original certificates before the last date of payment of fees
- A minimum of 50% of the college fees has to be paid at the time of admission and the fees once paid will not be refunded back.
- All original certificates must be submitted to the college at the time of admission.
- Optional subjects and second language once selected cannot be changed after the closing date of admission as declared by the University.
- All the University fees should be paid by the students only
- If any student wishes to cancel his/her admission, he/she would be required to pay the total fees for that academic year whether the student has attended any class or not.
- Students who are permitted to pay the fees in installments are required to clear the balance of the total payment due on or before the submission of Annual Examination form.
- If student cancels his/her admission at the end of first year, he/she is entitled to get back his/her certificates.
- If the student fails to do so he/she would be deemed to be continuing and if he/she wants to discontinue he/she will have to pay full fees for the second year whether he/she attended any class or not.
